🏹.to (the "Service") is a URL shortener which converts long web addresses into short, easy to remember links. 🏹.to is a fully working domain name composed of an emoji ( 🏹 ) and an extension ( .to ), which is also available at the web address http://xn--kn8h.to ( where xn--kn8h is the equivalent of 🏹 ).
Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions are legally binding for your use of the Service.
By using the Service in any manner, including (but not limited to) visiting, browsing and using the Service to shorten a uniform resource locator ("URL" or "web address"), you explicitly agree to these Terms & Conditions.

All Content added, created, uploaded, submitted, distributed, or posted to the Service by users, whether publicly posted or privately transmitted (collectively "User Content"), is the sole responsibility of the user who originated it. You acknowledge that all Content accessed by you using the Services is at your own risk and you will be solely responsible for any damage or loss to you or any other party resulting therefrom.
